On the last day of summer in a picturesque seaside town, Louise finds thats the last train of the season has departed without her. The elderly woman suddenly finds herself entirely alone on the empty streets of this tiny resort town, where the weather soon turns for the worst and the sea rises roughly. The frail woman faces up to these elements, and soon confronts memories that could not have found a better moment to swim to the surface.
