Bamse with the blue woolly hat and blue pants has for decades been known to Danish readers of comics. For a while he even had his own magazine in Denmark. He is the world's strongest bear, because he eats Grandmas power honey. The friends include among others the white rabbit Little Jumpy and Clever the turtle. But even though Bamse and his friends are strong and good, they have to shape up when Grandma is kidnapped and they also have to fight an entire town of criminals in the guise of a cunning fox and a larger gang of bears. It is surprising that this famous cartoon character has not made it onto the big screen before, but now it's finally here! A delightful adventure for the smallest audience.
