The American South two years before the Civil War. German-born “dentist” and bounty hunter Dr. Schultz is tracking down the murderous Brittle brothers, but the slave Django is the only one who can lead him to his bounty. Schultz buys the slave, but promises Django to free him upon the capture of the Brittles. After their successful mission, Django unchained decides to become Schultz's partner in the hopes of eventually finding his beloved Broomhilda, the wife he lost to the slave trade a long time before. Soon they discover she is the property of Calvin Candie, the ruthless and sadistic owner of the Candyland plantation. (English spoken)
