Julian runs a boxing club in Bangkok as a front for his drug business. When Julian’s brother is killed after having savagely murdered a teenage prostitute, his mother arrives from the US to collect the body of her dearest son. Crazy with rage and thirsty for vengeance, she demands the heads of the murderers. But first, Julian must confront Chang, a mysterious cop and figurehead of divine justice. Only God Forgives is a highly stylized, ultra-violent revenge thriller with Ryan Gosling as Julian and Kristin Scott Thomas as the merciless and terrifying mafia godmother.
