Paolo Sorrentino (The Great Beauty, Youth) conjures the world of media magnate, millionaire and prime minister Silvio Berlusconi. The film about the controversial politician is, in the director’s own words, ‘a costume drama which imagines likely and made up events in Italy between 2006 and 2010’.
