Thrill-seekers Heather and Greg join the eccentric marine guide Tucker for a “shark experience”. At first, Tucker charms the duo, explaining that he was attacked by sharks as a child, an experience that marked him indelibly. A cage dive into infested waters is the first part of their “wild excursion,” but certainly not their last. Enter: Zephyr, a tough surfer with a tragic past. Trapped with only Heather to keep her company, the resourceful Zephyr will stop at nothing to escape Tucker’s evil clutches.

"There’ve been a lot of shark films recently where there are sharks in the water, they’re sleek, and they have human reactions. I wanted to get away from that and present sharks with scars, with imperfections that define their personalities. I knew from the outset what type of shark film I wanted to make, how I wanted them to be represented, and it’s something that I hadn’t seen on screen before: humanizing the sharks, in a different way." On 12 September 1919, a troop of some three hundred soldiers under the leadership of the flamboyant war-loving Italian poet Gabriele D’Annunzio swooped into the Northern-Adriatic port town of Fiume, now Rijeka, wanting to annex the city to Italy. Over the course of the next 16 months, during what is regarded as one of the most bizarre militant sieges of all time his official photography team captured over 10,000 images. A century later, Igor Bezinović orchestrates a direct-action history lesson focused on the siege and its modern-day implications.
