“Mary Anning is a poor girl, barely making it through the day, and society looks at her with disapproval. Her strength is in her consistency, her determination. She embodies the positive force that I wanted to convey in the film; she insists on continuing to do what she loves, something right and important.” - Marcel Barelli

Third World is more than just a documentary about Haustor, the legendary Zagreb band that left its mark on the former Yugoslavia’s music scene. It is the story of two creative opposites: Darko Rundek and Srđan Sacher. Through candid conversations, a studio reunion, and a wealth of archival material, the film reveals how the two artists’ sensitivity to the magic of everyday life once united their creative worlds – creating a third.

Father Mother Sister Brother is a triptych: three stories about the relationships between adult children and their somewhat distant parents. A series of character studies, quiet, observational, and non-judgmental—a comedy, but interwoven with threads of melancholy. Or, in the words of its American indie auteur, “a kind of anti-action film”. Golden Lion Winner at the last Venice Film Festival.
