Summer, 1994. Young Amin returns from Paris to his hometown in the south of France, to spend the holidays with family and friends from his childhood. Spending his days with cousin Tony and friend Ophélia at local bars, his parents’ Tunisian restaurant and the beach. Enamoured with the beautiful women who surround him there, he observes them. Meanwhile, his hot-blooded cousin indulges in carnal pleasures. But, as the Arabic saying goes, when it goes for love, the ‘mektoub’ always has the final world.
