In case of cancellations, tickets for additional screenings at Kinodvor are available until seating capacity is reached (please note: there are 960 seats in the Castle courtyard and only 188 seats at Kinodvor); Existing tickets can be exchanged on the day of the additional screening (the Kinodvor box office opens at 15:00); tickets will not be available for purchase before 20:30.
Your ticket from the cancelled screening can be exchanged for tickets to any other Avant Premier of Film Under the Stars at the box offices of the Ljubljana Castle Entrance Pavilion and Lower Funicular Station or you can request a refund at the place of purchase until including September 6, 2026. Refunds will not be made possible after this date.
