A novelist befriends a retired serial killer in a desperate attempt to find inspiration for his next novel and save his marriage. Covering as his marriage counsellor, the killer shows him the ropes. However, when Keane brings his new friend home and Kollmick meets his wife Suzie, reality becomes deadlier than fiction and their partnership inadvertently takes a whole new direction.

Tolga Karaçelik
Born in Istanbul in 1981, Karaçelik studied law at Marmara University before moving to New York to pursue an education at the New York Film Academy. His debut feature, Toll Booth, won three major awards, including Best First Film, at the 47th Antalya International Film Festival. His films Ivy and Butterflies premiered at Sundance Film Festival. Butterflies was Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner. Psycho Therapy is Karaçelik’s first English-language film.
