The narrative feature debut by Systad Jacobsen is a coming-of-age story about the blossoming sexuality of a girl, who is desperately trying to turn her teenage fantasies into reality.

15-year-old Alma is discovering her ripening sexuality; she is consumed by her out-of-control hormones and fantasies that range from sweetly romantic images of Artur, the boyfriend she yearns for, to down-and-dirty daydreams about practically everybody she lays eyes on. Alma and her best friend Sara live in an insufferably boring little town, a place they loathe. Things get from bad to worse for Alma after she has an awkward encounter with Artur. Malicious rumours spread like wildfire throughout her school.

»I think it’s quite complex and distorted by pop culture in the way women are projecting their sexuality—teasing to sell records, music, advertising and fashion. You should offer your body to the world, but you should also want to be treated like the Virgin Mary. By making this film I wanted to say, "This is how it is, this is normal."«
