“A wildly funny Lord of the Flies for the era of the super-rich. /…/ the perfect comedy for our times.”

Triangle of Sadness Triangle of Sadness
Models Carl and Yaya are invited on a luxury cruise with the über-rich: a Russian oligarch who made his fortune “selling shit”, a senior British arms-dealing couple and an alcoholic, Marx-quoting captain. A storm is brewing, and heavy seasickness hits the passengers during the captain’s seven-course dinner. This hilarious satire on wealth, greed, glamour and hypocrisy by provocateur Östlund earned him his second Palme d’Or.
