The Girl With Occupied Eyes
André Carrilho, Portugal, 2024
Once upon a time, there was a little girl who, even when out and about, was always distracted. Eyes fixed on her phone, she didn’t notice the world around her or anyone who wanted to play. What could be done to “disoccupy” her eyes?

The Rumble-Bumble Rally
Annette Saugestad Helland, Johan Kaos, Norway, 2024
Did you know that the living room is actually a racetrack? And that there’s a scary cave under the sofa? Dad asks Mathilde (5) to tidy up her toy cars. They are having guests, and everyone must do their part. But tidying isn’t exactly Mathilde’s favorite thing. Luckily her two tiny imaginary friends appear. Together, they ready-set-go a tidy up race – and that’s when things get wild!

Lulina and the Moon
Alois Di Leo, Marcus Vinícius Vasconcelos, Brasil, 2023
Lulina draws her greatest fears over the infinite white ground of the Moon. Magically, her illustrations come to life and teach her that her problems aren't as monstrous as her imagination depicted them.

Igor Bezinović

Wednesday, 04. 03. 2026 / 19:00 / Small Hall

On 12 September 1919, a troop of some three hundred soldiers under the leadership of the flamboyant war-loving Italian poet Gabriele D’Annunzio swooped into the Northern-Adriatic port town of Fiume, now Rijeka, wanting to annex the city to Italy. Over the course of the next 16 months, during what is regarded as one of the most bizarre militant sieges of all time his official photography team captured over 10,000 images. A century later, Igor Bezinović orchestrates a direct-action history lesson focused on the siege and its modern-day implications.
