Woman of God Duhovnica
A documentary film about a free-spirited evangelical priest Jana, who is facing a great life dilemma – to leave or continue pursuing the priesthood, all whilst dealing with many other challenges: from childhood wounds to solving complex family relationships. In the town, she is seen as God’s representative on earth, but at the end of the day, she’s only human too.

Palestine in 1936. Uprisings against colonial rule are escalating. Yusuf, a peasant’s son, works for an influential family in Jerusalem, longing for a future beyond the unrest. But history is unforgiving. With an increasing number of Jewish immigrants fleeing antisemitism in Europe and the Palestinian population uniting in the largest and longest uprising against thirty years of British rule, conflict seems increasingly inevitable.
