In case of cancellations, tickets for additional screenings at Kinodvor are available until seating capacity is reached (please note: there are 960 seats in the Castle courtyard and only 188 seats at Kinodvor); Existing tickets can be exchanged on the Kinodvor box office opens at 9:00; tickets will not be available for purchase before 20:30.
You can exchange the tickets to the cancelled screenings for tickets to any other Film Under the Stars screening at the box offices of the Ljubljana Castle Entrance Pavilion and the Lower Funicular Station, or for a cash refund at the place of purchase until 22 August 2023. After this date, tickets cannot be refunded.
