The Strawberry Soup
One mouthful of the strawberry soup prepared by grandmother is enough to ignite a wave of memories and make an entire village talk. This little tale-like film pays tribute to the place where the creator grew up as a child, praising her home village and the people from Podlasie in Poland.

In Line
Tedious queuing is not always rewarded.

The North Sea Riviera
"When we were young we knew so little but felt so much." A tale of love, life and lunacy told via an estranged odyssey through the digital uncanny. Set on, and off, the East Coast of Britain in the latter half of the 20th Century, it might be warmer in the summer.

The Reward
A day of Bjarghus and his dog. A pilgrimage from his shed to high rock and back again. The struggle between human mind, elements and time.

Evolution
"Evolution", moving away from our most primitive and instinctive human being.

Domestic Appliances
Domestic Appliances is a stop-motion animation mixed with live action scenes, exploring the chaotic lives of the inhabitants of a handful of domestic appliances used in one man’s daily routine. In its surreal subject matter the film hints at the absurdity of the value we give to objects that make our lives a little simpler, when we often neglect the much larger problems of others.

Loop Ring Chop Drink
The mundane story of a heartbroken man, an online gambling addict, an alcoholic kleptomaniac and an anxious loner living in the same apartment building.

Of a forest
A story of an animal that can't find its place in the world of humans.

Eclipse
One summer’s afternoon, a couple is holding a party timed to coincide with an eclipse. The husband thinks his wife has disappeared with another man.

Neighboring Thoughts
The movie deals with a musician trying to find his inspiration again. Then the storyline follows him into his mind, linking his ideas, memories and dreams all together.

Fiume o morte! Fiume o morte!

Igor Bezinović

Friday, 13. 03. 2026 / 17:00 / Small Hall

On 12 September 1919, a troop of some three hundred soldiers under the leadership of the flamboyant war-loving Italian poet Gabriele D’Annunzio swooped into the Northern-Adriatic port town of Fiume, now Rijeka, wanting to annex the city to Italy. Over the course of the next 16 months, during what is regarded as one of the most bizarre militant sieges of all time his official photography team captured over 10,000 images. A century later, Igor Bezinović orchestrates a direct-action history lesson focused on the siege and its modern-day implications.
